Armies have conquered and fallen in the end.

Kingdoms have risen and are then buried by sand.

The Earth is our mother She gives and she takes.

She puts us to sleep and in her Light we'll Awake.

We'll all be forgotten there's no endless fame, but everything we do is NEVER in Vain!

We're part of a story, part of a tale

We're all on this journey no one can stay

Where ever it's going, what is the way?

Forests and Deserts, Rivers, Blue Seas

Mountains and valleys nothing here can stay.

While we think We Witness, we are a part of the Scene!

wherever it's going and what is the way?

We're part of a Story, a part of a Tale

Sometimes beautiful and sometimes insane

and no one remembers how it began.....

Can Earth be Earth when all it’s Trees are gone,

And sudsy waters have become unfit,

And poisoned life no longer greets the Dawn

With raucous sounds that death has caused to quit? Will Trees no longer wave, with limbs unfurled,

On hapless Earth, that ever in Orbit roams?

Will Human Ego Sacrifice The World To Satiate its Lust for Pompous Homes?

Will distant Space look down on Orb that’s bald?

I now can Hear The Mother say,

“I was Once called Earth. But now , bereft of mirth,

I Weep.

THAT TREELESS ORB'S

NO LONGER EARTH!

The sun rose on a magical new day...Over the whole earth they came, The people of every colour, Sister, Brother, Father, Mother, Traveling over many a Land People of the Rainbow, Children of the Way, with a fresh glow finding their Way-Star within....More and more joined, A Song for The Soul...

  Fracking is a dirty word

Controversial shale gas exploration has come to the UK.

To extract the gas, water and toxic chemicals are pumped underground at high pressure.

The UK Government has given the green light despite:

Mounting Community Opposition and Overhyped economic  benefits -

Fracking in the UK is unlikely to lower fuel bills.

It Contributes towards dangerous climate change  and also Links to drinking water contamination in USA and Australia

We need to cut energy waste and switch to clean renewable energy.

Hydraulic fracturing or 'fracking' is a major issue and I am proud to say that Glastonbury Town Council voted against fracking in the Mendips - and anywhere else.

This was proposed by Libdem Councillor Nick Cottle. with Green Cllr. Jon Cousins seconding this motion.

Then on Monday 30th September 2013, a Fracking motion was unanimously adopted by Mendip District Council.

Mendip District Council resolved to:“Request the leader of the Council and the Chief executive to formally register the concerns of the council regarding the use of unconventional gas exploration and extraction within the Mendip district, and neighbouring areas, with the Department of Energy and Climate change and to inform them that this council would not currently be in a position to support this form of development.”

Fracking is a controversial process where a mixture of water, sand and chemicals are pumped underground, under high pressure, to force gas from rock layers.

It has been thought to cause earthquakes and pollution and recently, companies have been carrying on explorations on the Mendip Hills to see if the area has oil and gas bearing rocks.

This is a fast moving adventure, quite haunting at times, with some surprisingly uplifting moment

It is a curiously beautiful and captivating film that investigates future energy problems and solutions and the spirit of an English village. A laymans view of fracking.

This is unlike any other film on the subject because it is pleasant to watch, engaging and inspires hope rather than fear.

"An Autumn Diary" has played in numerous public venues and has received a rousing responses from very diverse audiences. This has included average suburbanites, village people, people from stately homes, scientists, career activists, gas and oil men.

Assisting our Protectors, live-streamers & supporters to keep up the pressure has been expensive.
